Children Family Airport Fly

Introducing TSA’s “Families on the Fly” Program

Children Family Airport Fly

Traveling with little ones just got a whole lot easier! TSA has launched a new initiative called “Families on the Fly” — and the best part? It’s completely free. These new, dedicated security lanes are designed for families with children aged 12 and under to help reduce stress and streamline the airport experience.

🛫 Participating Airports

As of now, these airports offer the Family Lanes:

  • Charleston International (CHS, SC)

  • Charlotte Douglas International (CLT, NC)

  • Daniel K. Inouye International (HNL, Honolulu)

  • Jacksonville International (JAX, FL)

  • John Wayne Orange County (SNA, CA)

  • Luis Muñoz Marín International (SJU, Puerto Rico)

  • OKC Will Rogers International (OKC, OK)

  • Orlando International (MCO, FL)

  • Rhode Island T.F. Green International (PVD, RI)

  • Salt Lake City International (SLC, UT)

  • Tampa International (TPA, FL)

Pro Tip: Look for signs labeled “Family Lane” at TSA checkpoints or ask an officer upon arrival.

💳 TSA PreCheck Discount — Save $15!

Alongside this new program, TSA is offering a $15 discount on the second enrollment when two people sign up for TSA PreCheck together. Families of four can save $30 total if everyone enrolls at once.

This means families can take advantage of both:

  • Free Families on the Fly lanes for easier security.

  • Discounted PreCheck for even faster, stress-free screening
